Meeting you after a long flight
The arrivals hall is the wrong place to start solving a transport problem, particularly at the end of a long flight with a tired group and a trolley stack of luggage. We track the flight, so a delayed landing means the van arrives later rather than the driver leaving without you. Your driver meets you inside the terminal, helps with the bags and walks you to the vehicle. From there it is one ride to your JB address — no arranging onward transport, no negotiating a fare while jet-lagged, and no discovering that the group and the luggage will not fit in what turned up.
Late landings and the crossing north
Plenty of flights into Changi land late at night, which is usually good news for the crossing — the checkpoint is at its quietest in the small hours and the run north to Johor Bahru is often quicker than the same trip at five in the afternoon. We operate around the clock, so a two in the morning arrival is a normal booking rather than a special request. You will still clear immigration in person at both ends and take your luggage through with you, so if anyone in the party will struggle with their own bag after a long flight, tell us and we will send a van with the space to make it easy.
