How the border crossing works

There are two land crossings between Singapore and Malaysia: the Causeway (Woodlands–JB) and the Second Link (Tuas–Gelang Patah). Your driver chooses the crossing that suits your route and the traffic on the day. Passengers clear immigration in person at each checkpoint, then continue in the same van.

It depends on the route and traffic at the checkpoint. JB is around 1–1.5 hours from Singapore; Melaka 3–3.5 hours; KL and Genting 4–5+ hours. We plan your pickup time around the crossing so you arrive comfortably.

Do passengers clear immigration?

Yes. As on any cross-border trip, passengers clear immigration in person at the checkpoint. Your driver takes you through; timing depends on traffic at the Causeway or Second Link.

Is the van fully licensed for cross-border travel?

Yes — every van holds a PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licence and we are MOTAC-licensed, with licensed drivers. That is legal, above-board operation, not a private unlicensed car. Many MPV charters skip MOTAC; we don't.

How is the price worked out?

We price per van, not per person — one-way or round-trip. The fare depends on the route and the van you choose; we confirm a fixed price on WhatsApp before you travel. Payment is by cash or bank transfer.
