Crossing the Singapore–Malaysia border is the easy part with a private van and a licensed driver. We collect your whole group from one address, take you through the Causeway or the Second Link, and drop you at your destination — no changing vehicles, no splitting the family across cars. You'll take your luggage off the van and through the checkpoint at immigration, then straight back in for the rest of the trip. Common questions about our van transfer and charter services across Singapore and Malaysia.

Is this a taxi or a private van charter?

It is a private van charter with a licensed driver — the whole van is yours for the trip. We are not a taxi and we are not self-drive rental. You get a dedicated vehicle and driver, a fixed price agreed up front, and no sharing with other passengers.

Do you only provide vans, or cars and MPVs too?

Vans only. We specialise in vans with drivers because they give your group the most seating and luggage space for cross-border and long-distance travel. Our fleet runs from 10-seater to 17-seater vans, including VIP configurations.

Are your vehicles and drivers licensed for cross-border trips?

Yes. Every van holds a PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licence and we are MOTAC-licensed, with licensed drivers — legal, above-board operation rather than a private unlicensed car. Many MPV charters operate without MOTAC; we don't.

How do I get a price for my trip?

Send us your route, date and number of passengers on WhatsApp, or fill in the booking form. We reply with a fixed per-van quote, usually within a short time, 24 hours a day. There is no deposit required to enquire.

Can one booking combine a transfer and a day charter?

Yes. Many customers book a cross-border transfer one way and a full-day charter at the destination, or add extra stops to an airport run. Just describe what you need when you message us and we'll put together a single quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and bank transfer. We confirm the amount and the method with you on WhatsApp when you book — no online payment is required to reserve.
