A short crossing into eastern Johor
Kota Masai sits in the Pasir Gudang area east of Johor Bahru, only about fifty kilometres from Singapore. On paper it is a short trip; in practice the checkpoint is the whole story, and the same run can take an hour on a quiet morning or considerably longer at the wrong time on a Friday. That is why we set pickup times against your arrival requirement rather than the distance. Most of what we carry on this route is family and work travel, both of which tend to have a fixed time to be somewhere.
Small destinations, same fare
Kota Masai shares a rate-card line with Pekan Nanas and Pasir Putih, which means the fare is identical to any of the three and to the smaller places around them. There is no premium for an address that is hard to find or off the main road — give us the exact location when you enquire and we will quote against it. Because the price is per van rather than per person, a family of nine travelling with luggage pays the same as a couple, which on a short hop like this one usually makes it the cheapest sensible option for a group.
